GRACE at self check out was insane! She made me feel so uncomfortable, made me feel like I was trying to steal. She counted my items and realized I had the right amount, and instead of apologizing she started scanning my produce for me as if she didn’t trust me to do it myself. People were looking at me and it was embarrassing. I’m 34 years old and was treated like a 16 year old thief.

Nice grocery/super store walkable from the marina.
Home goods to food and more!
Great fresh seafood area as well as a nice selection of frozen seafood.
Nice deli, good meat selection. Bakery and produce, organic options available.

spend a bunch of money there but they could not have the basic courtesy of providing a bag for the hundreds of $$ worth of groceries to put them in. I find it completely disrespectful to the customer when a store cannot even provide a simple bag to put the stuff we just bought into

They treat you like a thief. I went to rest before going to the car with my groceries. The shopping cart wheels locked and alarms came on. I had staff coming after me like I stole something. I was told I could not rest as the cart would lock again. There was over a half hour wait to check out. The line up was long. People were almost getting into fights out of frustration. Open more tills! The staff were getting frustrated too. The prices are outrageous. It used to be a pleasant experience. Now it's a nightmare. Be kind to your customers. I guess profits over service is ok. A monkey could manage the store better.

Incredibly frustrating for a parent with a baby and toddler on a rainy day to have to go hunt for a shopping cart in the parking lot because there are never any inside the store.

Been a loyal, Real Canadian Superstore shopper going on 20 years. However, no more due to the actions and lack of judgment of the general manager of this particular store. The manager had the ability to fix a situation caused by their store but instead decided to sweep it under the rug, hoping that I would not follow up for a remedy. All that the GM had promised was never done. I will not feel comfortable with purchasing anything from this store, because I believe this stores safety procedures will not be adhered too or receive adequate customer service should another situation arise.
