There are a lot of problems with that store. The parking is a landfill all year around, the staff not very cheerful nor helpful, once in awhile the place stinks of shellfish. Also when cleaning put the cleaning tools away not leave it out so everyone can see, that’s just gross and discussing.

Quick check out, nice and helpful staff. Clean and well organized store. Decent price, quite large variety of bread, cheese and deli section as well as cooked food, but not much choice of clothing.

I prefer shopping in this store because the prices are better compare to the other stores. Also, collecting points and stamps are great programs. Women's washroom in this store is always a nightmare. After two years that the washrooms were dark and nobody cared to fix the lights, last year they fixed it. Now, there is light in the washrooms, but it has been a long time the soap dispenser is broken. In addition, they replaced the faucets with a type that you have to push it every few seconds to be able to wash your soapy hands. This is both troublesome and in terms of cleanliness, it is not a good idea to use this type of faucet in a crowded store. In general, very little attention is given to cleaning and repairing the women's restrooms in this store.
For online orders, sometimes, the item is in the store, but you either get a substitution or no replacement. It happened many times that when online service has called me that some items have ran out, I went into the store and have found those items right after online service called me.

It's okay. The staff is nice and the prices are the best in town. Just bagging groceries sucks. If you do it at the til, the cashiers and next customers look annoyed and act like they want you to get outta here. Like sorry $400 worth of grocery bagging takes too much time. Usually I just pack at the car but what with it being winter and all, not sure what to do. I'm sad about it actually because I'll probably have to shop somewhere else that will cost more until the spring just for this reason. Also they keep their carts outside year round so if have a little one, keep that in mind. It's sorta nice but weird that there are swallows flying all over the store.

I visited the store an hour ago. I needed an assistance with check out counter. A filipino Lady seems not happy assisting me since its almost closing and shes busy cleaning… I dont know what to say 😢 She shouldn’t be in customer service industry with that kind of attitude.

the makeup aisle/section is absolutely disgusting. almost every product is opened or used.

i really look forward to getting makeup or skincare from superstore as they have the lowest prices, but they NEVER have anything in stock, or everything is used?!

disgusting and disappointing.. this store needs to do better and have someone monitering the makeup section. they never have what i need, or its dirty and used.
