I went to superstore and slipped on vomit. I do not understand how it was not cleaned up. I understand it is a big store but there are lots of employees. I went to notify them immediately and there was no sympathy and they seemed like they just wanted me to go away. I will not be coming back and I will be advising everyone I know to stay away. Terrible experience

Self checkout is a disaster. Only had a few items in my basket so tried to do self checkout but the terminal kept causing problems and wouldn't work. The employee working self checkout was also working customer service so she was busy. I finally just left. I'll go to Save On or Safeway where there's great customer service. Do better Superstore.

Hot food section is honestly pretty bad. Barely any good options most days, and what’s there is low quality, either overcooked, dried out, or just tastes like it was from the day before. And they never have utensils, which makes no sense if you’re grabbing lunch to go. Super disappointing recently, especially for a big store like this.

The hot food section at Superstore on Prince Albert Ave is consistently disappointing. You’d think by lunchtime — especially around 12 PM — they’d be fully stocked, but that’s rarely the case. Most of the time, the shelves are nearly empty, and what is available tastes stale or overcooked. It’s incredibly frustrating if you’re on a tight lunch break and expecting something decent. This has been an ongoing issue, and clearly, nothing is being done to improve it. Definitely not worth relying on for lunch

We visit this place very often as it's near our house. It's a great place just like Walmart. You can find everything from groceries to clothes, pharmacy, etc. You can also find a small mobile shop inside the store which provides you sim card of Bell mobile. Overall it's a great place to shop for your daily needs.
