We had a case of softener sale leak that effected our buildings common area carpets. We reached out to Jason at Rainbow Restore. He was responsive and connected me with Bruce. Bruce had visited the property to get a scope of work for him and his team. The quote was reasonable and within our budget.

We approved the quote and within a short time they were able to schedule the service visit.

Alexis came out to take some before pictures and access keys for the building. During the process she kept us informed and pictures of their process. They had left fans to help the area dry after cleaning. Alexis returned to collect the fans, but also friendly in going over what they were able to accomplish and if there was anything else I needed to let their team know.

I also received phone calls inquiring about each team members skills and customer service handling. I was really impressed with all of them, they were all polite, responsible and friendly.

Don’t recommend. I payed $474.60 for them to come and check a leak and they didn't do anything. They were recommended by a plumbing service called Mr. Rooter Plumbing,, then recommended back this plumber. None of which could find the root of the problem. I am convinced they are affiliated with each other as one of those "overcharge because
it was recommended" type of things. This means I payed for a plumber who couldn’t do anything and recommended different services who also did nothing but recommend the plumber service back.

Rainbow was able to rectify damage from a water leak. They were able to replace my floor, drywall and did a complete paint job. Service was neat, tidy and done in a timely manner. I don’t wish the damage for any homeowner, but they made it easier to deal with the stress.
