No one greeted us, the lady was more concerned with spending time chatting with her coworkers then helping my wife and I , brought in 2 jackets 2 weeks ago and hadn’t had them done yet, said she was visiting with family, well that’s fine on holidays but when you’re doors are open you should be helping customers, we help pay the bills.
paid $95 for two zippers on two jackets, wanted to try out a new store and was disappointed, the ladies on the west side are way cheaper, I think I continue to go to the west side store and their more friendly too!.

I brought a pair of pants in to have the zipper replaced. I was told it would take two weeks, it’s been a month and they’re still unfinished. The lady who I assume is the owner has been rude and snobby in every interaction my family has had with her, and today the yappy dog she lets roam around the store freely bit me while i was inquiring on my still unfinished pants. She witnessed this and didn’t apologize.

R & R sewing has everything you would want in a fabric store, she does mending and alterations and so much more. She sell new top of the line sewing machines, embroidery machines and quilting machines. R &R also services sewing machines, her fabric selection is growing and growing. R & R also does sewing classes. This store has been in the Quesnel business community for the past nine years. I love this store.

Phoned to see if I could get a quote or appointment to come in and talk about getting a dress altered and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude and miserable, gave me a quote and when I said ok thank you she hung up before I could even ask to book an appointment , horrible costumer service .
