Had an absolute blast stopping in and chatting with the staff. They were very friendly and super willing to help. We found what we were looking for, which was vague at best, and even got some tips and help with our project. Well worth the trip if you're from out of town!

Best customer service experience I've ever had. From the moment I bought my machine the entire staff have gone above and beyond to help me and answered all my questions with details. Your going to be missed. Enjoy your retirement.

I am sure that there are polite people working in the store however not the case when I went in this morning. “Sister Mary better than you “ was behind the counter and was willing to help if she could see you over her nose which was pointed upwards. The place is filthy with dust covering all threads. Rushed my elderly mother. We were only 2 of 4 people in the store. Very rude so am assuming as they read this will be think “well we don’t care we have enough customers , go shop elsewhere”. Too bad. The store has promise. You should be ashamed to treat any customer like this

I only shop here when in the area as I live 4 hours away. Always have to stop when on my way through Chatham to Wallaceburg. The quality of the fabrics is always great and a huge selection of prints. This time through I was sad to see that they are closing. Guess I will have to stock up on the prints I cannot get at home.

Okay store. Hard to look at everything because they have so much stock. But, they didnt have a couple of items I was looking for. Nice, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices.

The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The selection of fabrics is awesome. From sheers to cottons to wool blends. Summer prints, winter weights. Everything sewing related is right here under one roof. Buttons, zippers, bows, threads and needles as well as cute appliques are available. I loved my time spent here shopping.

Great store, huge selection of fabrics, incredibly helpful staff, great sewing machine selection and servicing, and super competitive pricing. Everything I bought here was significantly cheaper than at my local Fabricland.
The staff helped me find exactly what I needed and demonstrated several sewing machines to me. They even stayed open late for me while I tried to make a decision.
Highly recommend going to this store!
