Popped in to this place on the weekend--I had only been there once since their move from downtown. I have to say what a loss. Not only is this no longer a quilt store but the woman was rude and dismisssive. When i asked about fabric she snapped at me saying "clearly you haven't been here for a long time. We dont sell fabric anymore". it was such a welcoming, kind store downtown. I would never take my projects there for quilting based on how i was greeted.

I had the chance to order online and visit the store a couple weeks later and they have a great selection of fabrics and sales and were able to hold my order for me. Recently used their mail in longarm service to finish my queen-sized paper pieced quilt and it looks great! They were even able to bind it for me. The service was impressively fast and I'll definitely use them again.

Have no idea where some of this negativity comes from as I’ve only experienced fantastic customer service and very helpful advice. My quilts are now finished thanks to these people doing a great job at an affordable price. Will see you again soon!

A terrific store, lots of choices and selection. Staff seemed preoccupied and not very interested in us. Prices were high, looked for a couple of things....we'll shop around. Some customer service training would go a long way to making this four or five stars, not 3.

Such great customer service! The ladies helped me pick out Christmas fabrics in my favourite colours for Christmas stockings, they turned out so well! Hoping to go back to finish up a quilt I've been working on now for a few years.

This is an absolute amazing shop. They have a phenomenal variety of fabrics. The colors go on forever. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and have great ideas. I would highly recommend a visit to this fabric store!!!

My daughter went to the store only to find out because she is 10 they would not allow her in. No one under the age of 12. She is a avid quilter and will not return. So much for encouraging young quilters in the community. For shame.
