Love this beautiful quilt shop in Uxbridge. The staff are lovely and they carry so many beautiful lines of fabric. I was in today for the first time ever. Tina waited on me, very friendly. My only wish is that they had longer hours as I drive from Oshawa. Tina helped me immensely and I will definitely be back.

Purchased a gift online without ever setting foot in their store. It was easy to navigate the website and my order arrived quickly, as described, and with a sweet note on the packing slip. If I lived closer I would definitely visit in person and will likely shop online again. Thank you for offering these specialised goods online in a time when we don't want to leave our homes except for essentials.

Always nice to poke around this shop. Large selection of fabrics, not a huge offering in terms of more modern fabrics (i.e. Cotton & Steel, Moda, etc.) One of the ladies who works here (tall, blonde, thin, extremely helpful!!!) is fantastic. She helped me order some items in, and search for a few things in store which was fantastic. She is definitely a standout employee in terms of customer service, and making the experience enjoyable. If I could change anything, I'd like to have more modern fabric options available as I am a relatively young "maker" and tend to lean more towards making bags, etc. v. quilts.

The sales staff are friendly and very helpful. They take the time to listen to you and give advice on questions. I highly recommend this store for all your quilting needs. They also give you points and on your birthday they give you a percentage off.

Very disappointed in this quilt shop. I recently moved to Stouffville and decided to check out Quilters Cupboard today. I realize people are still concerned about Covid but no one greeted me when I entered the shop, nor was I asked if I needed assistance. The lighting is terrible, seriously they need a major up grade. I did make a small purchase and when asked for my phone number I told the clerk this was my first time in the shop and her comment was "OH", no welcome to our shop, how long have you been quilting, where did you move from, NOTHING. I certainly will NOT be going back. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

I have recently had an excellent experience with The Quilter's Cupboard and the staff who work there. I live in Australia and wanted to send a friend in Canada a birthday present. I contacted TQC and originally spoke to Sherry. We discussed the gift that I wanted to purchase and she was a huge help. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the gift arrived at my friend's home in time for for her birthday and that I was kept in the loop about it's delivery. Thank you Quilter's Cupboard for your excellent service !

After spending $1,000s of dollars over the years, I was refused the purchase of a 1.50 piece of bag hardware even though I called ahead. But because I didn’t order it for curbside pickup, they wouldn’t sell it to me because there were 2 customers in the store. I said I didn’t have to come into the store at all, but they simply would not give it to me. I was told to go to my car, order it for curbside pickup and then they would give it to me . ridiculous! I will never go back! Have told all my friends about this and to say they are shocked, is an understatement.
