I highly recommend getting a detailed quote or they’ll take advantage. Over phone was told 1-2hrs@110/hr Then dropped off and was told 3-400$. When showed up to pick up was told it took 4hrs@120/hr. So to my surprise picking it up it was way more than told. And don’t worry nothing was done about it either! Very disappointed in a shop taking advantage of the little guy trying to fix something. Wasn’t trying to get something for nothing as I understand not working for free. But the communication/customer service sucked. Which was terrible because the first impression meeting them was great and thought was in good hands.

I would not recommend to use this company at all. We asked them to fix our machine. An apprentice showed up about 12 pm with no tools. He tried to undo the bolts, borrowing some of our tools. He broke the bolts and had to go back to his shop to take tools. He came back, finally unstuck the bolts and realized that he did not have experience to truck the belt. He left and another employee came shortly. It took him 2 hours to fix the machine and he left at 6 pm. Surprisingly the bill was for 12.5 hours. Cheating on customers is not very good business approach. If you still decide to use this company monitor the time their guys are on site closely.

Had a bushing that needed to be milled down 6 mm. Barrett did it over lunch hour as the machine was available. Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. Had the bushing back in an hour at no charge. Thanks Quality Millwright!

I probably wouldnt use these guys just based on how they drive. Got tail gated by one of their trucks coming in to Edmonton from Stony Plain. Unit 037 I think it was about 2PM. After being tail gated the driver passed numerous vehicles well in excess of the speed limit. If thats how they conduct themselves in a marked company truck in the public I hate to see what they do in the shop when nobody is around.
