If I could give zero stars, I would.
I had one of the worst experiences at Punjab Clubhouse. I purchased three expensive suits and had them tailored by their in-house team (Darjeels). All three were sewn so poorly they’re practically ruined. I went back three times, hoping for a fix, and each time the owner brushed it off, telling me to come back again. Nothing was ever corrected.

Months passed because I dreaded going back, knowing I’d just be ignored again. When I finally expressed that the suits were beyond repair and asked for replacements, the owner refused. He didn’t listen, didn’t take accountability, and came across as dismissive and rude.

I’ve never felt so frustrated and disrespected as a paying customer. I spent a lot of money here and ended up with nothing wearable. Honestly, this place is a disaster if you care about your time, money, or the quality of your clothing. Avoid it completely

My mom, my aunt and I came today and we got a really ruded and honourable customer service and she was a lady who had radish hair and she didn't want to help finding thing for us and when my mom found the item that she wanted then the lady start doing her job after my mom found the item! Honestly this guys should treat their customers fairly and respect! I never got treated like this at all! She need to learn customer service properly!

Was just there. Asked this older lady to show kids suit. Was quite rude. Only showed 2 but with so much anger. I said the kameez might be too long for my daughter can I see more she started to give me lecture. I felt so embarrassed. It’s 11:23 like you just opened. Why so frustrated? Owner/uncle in the front is always kind. But staff need lessons on good customer service and manners.

Great service and a price i wouldn’t find anywhere else! The uncle at the till was very kind and helped through out the process ensuring my budget was fit and style was found. Thankful for the help and highly recommend coming here!

Don’t go for body measurements they will charge you and give you wrong measurements. My waist is 38 but that guy wrote 35 on the measurements sheet and i sent it to my tailor back in India. I just got the courier then i tried my tailored suit and got to know about that body measurements written on the measurements sheet were wrong when i measured it by myself.

Bad experience
Don’t go here if you need fabric for school. It doesn’t matter to them what fabric you want, they kind force no this is good. This will work, seriously.
The cashier person was busy in watching tiktok you have to wait until he finishes watching one video. Give bag without asking and add price in receipt… never coming back here and will not recommend anyone.

Arrived at 11am as the business hours are 11am.over 10 employees sitting outside waiting the owner to open the door. None of them know when they will arrive as they are always late.

Many customers waiting outside as well.

Very poor management. No respect for others time.
