Very disappointed with the knowledge of the cashier I had. She insisted a product was 7.99 when it was actually 2.99. When I showed her that the product is listed in store as 2.99 she said she is in the process of changing the prices and that 7.99 is the true price. The cashier helping her tried to correct her but she insisted she knew better. In the end I paid the price she wanted which resulted in me overpaying. Overall hoping this can be a reminder to the worker to not be confident and make up lies when they could have simply checked and been more understanding. For a luxury gift shop/ grocery customer service must be a priority when hiring workers.

Adorable shoppe. Note: it is boutique-y. As in, filled with quality, local goods with a little bit of everything. The pricing reflects that of a speciality store. You’re paying for things like convenience plus quality, free-trade, organic, local and/or artisan made.

It’s got the grocery basics like fruit, vegetables, milk and sugar. And churned butter all the way from PEI that I could only find here and in another specialty store in Van. There’s also a section for frozen and pre-made food, and packaged foods. They offer a variety of gifts, like the type that you bring to house warmings as well as soap, jewelry, and calendars. Plus a station for gift-wrapping. This store is just lovely, and so are the staff. I will be returning.

Highly Recommend you visit Provisions Market and Gifts in Langley BC! From 60% of their stores products & food comes from BC vendors and manufacturers....with the balance from Canadian producers. Clean, well lais out, super friendly & knowledge team members. And what's important to me is the owner Emily Li Yan is a socially conscious about her community and donates on monthly basis food to NightShift Street Ministries to gelp feed our Street Friends... 100% LOVE THIS STORE!!!!

Had to get a last minute birthday gift, Amy helped me get the items to put a gift basket together and Emily, the owner, packaged it up with the items we picked out. It turned out beautifully and the price was awesome. Amazing products!! Customer service was excellent!! Definitely will be going back!!

Always love coming into Provisions. The staff are all so friendly. The amount of local goodies they carry is amazing. Small businesses need so much support and I’m so happy that Provisions (also a small business) helps them spread awareness.
