I would never do business with this company ever again. Lie, lie, lie is there standard mode of operation. Promise to provide a operating manual and come to find out they do not have one to the machine there manufactured and still after over a year and multiple calls to them we still do not have one. We have well over $20,000 in this machine with the initial cost, shipping and the countless hours of working on it in the dark without a set of instructions or set up manual. It does not perform the operations we were told it would, the main operation of cutting windows performs a 1/4 of the time without incident. The scrap pile of damaged sections this machine has caused us is beyond belief. I see our employees are using a hand saw yet again because the machine once again is broken and not operable. This $20,000 boat anchor has been placed in a specific location in our facility because it was supposed to help our operation. What a piece of junk!!
If your a door dealer and thinking about buying one of there machines run the other way as fast as you can unless you like giving your hard earned money to unresponsive strangers.
