Unfair Treatment and Unprofessional Behavior

I had a very disappointing experience working at Pride Pak Canada. I always took my job seriously and was doing the right thing, but I was treated unfairly by the so-called supervisor, SHIVDEV!!!

Last night, while I was performing my task correctly, he came suddenly from behind started speaking to me in a loud and rude manner, accusing me of wasting materials without reason. Even when I politely explained he continued to be disrespectful. When I showed him a spoiled lettuce that needed peeling, and it’s not wasting, he became even more aggressive, told me not to argue, and asked me to leave.

“HIS EGO GOT HURT” when I showed him the rotten lettuce but I believe that if we are working hard with accuracy and full focus, there’s no reason for anyone to speak rudely without cause.

Eventually, he made the company to call the agency to stop me.

It is very clear that he did this not based on my performance but rather on personal bias and misuse of authority.

No employee should have to experience such behavior in the workplace. Respect and professionalism should be a priority, regardless of position. I hope the management addresses such issues to ensure fair treatment for all employees!!!

Very very rude behavior from dock people,, no manners to talk with professional drivers.

If it is possible then tell me because this is worst company I have ever seen, there's no good relations supervisors having with their employees, especially oskar.
He is insulting the name of good award.
