They provide amazing accommodations right where u need them , they have very modern buildings in their portfolio and are all located centrally and close to many amenities. Wish there was more real estate investors like Prica Global in the region.

Prica Global operate accommod8u. They knew 255 Sunview has AC issue for three years already, and did nothing about it. Basically, they installed unmatched AC that is not powerful enough to bring the temperature down for this many units. In another word, they brought a cheaper one which designed capacity for 150 units for example, however it has 200+ units in the building. It is not single unit issue, if so they already been fixed. The hallway and lobby temperature is not going down as well. The register for the hallway of each floor literally bring the hot air into the building (30 degree Celsius). The unit temperature is high as 30 degree Celsius during the afternoon.

They are scam artists. Their buildings are cheaply built. The rental agents DO NOT know english, have zero respect for tenants rights or laws
