I spent almost $800 on 5th December 2018. The staff are very rude I asked them to help me to take all the boxes outside to my car they refused to help me because the reason they gave me was " it's cold out side" by the way temperature was +1. I have enclosed my recipient's for proof

There are variety of chocolates and candies. Some are of good qualities while some are normal. Prices are cheaper than the market just because, they are closed to the 'best before' date. Make sure to see the labels first. Some are wrapped with no details of 'best before' date. Huge sale and more variety is available near Christmas season. Best place for Halloween candy shopping. Kids love chocolates.

They have great candy sales a couple of times a year, especially at Christmas. Give them your email and they will notify of sale dates. The chocolate they sell in big pieces is my favorite (if you like Cadbury chocolate, you will like it).

A decent selection of chocolate at super discounts. However it's cash only, not accessible (I have a baby in a stroller so I CAN get in it's just not easy. Two BIG steps up). Beware what they list as "short dated” actually means expired. They have HBC chocolate that is dated 2015. but as long as you know these things going in, you can find great deals here.

Always used to have a good experience when this was located in Birchmount Road. However since moving to Pickering it's nigh on impossible to get through to the Outlet. In fact it's still giving Christmas hours!
Could someone please let me us customers know when the outlet will be open for Easter. As not everyone can get a Thursday or Friday off to get there before 5pm. Oh by the way the goods are nice.

Great prices for delicious sweets. Staff are very friendly and even helped me take some boxes to my car. Tones of selection so you will have so many delicious chocolates and sweets to choose from!
