My husband & I were looking for a specific color of ribbing fabric I needed to add a band & cuffs on a fleecy sweater. We looked in every fabric store in Edmonton with no luck. This morning I decided to check for any stores Spruce Grove might have. I found Prairie Love Knits on line so we decided to drive out there and see what they had. We found exactly the color and knit weight we were looking for. The lady who took care of us was most helpful, the shop is very nice and believe me we will never waste our time looking anywhere else from now on. Thank goodness there are still this kind of smaller and more 'personal' stores to shop in.

I love the quality of the fabrics. The weight of the custom jersey is perfect for the baby clothes I make! It also shipped incredibly fast compared to other Canadian fabric stores I’ve used. Will definitely be ordering again.

Naomi at Prairie Love Knits was just the most lovely person to work with! There was an issue with the delivery of my order, and she was understanding and responsive and solved the problem super quickly. I love this little shop! The staff always take the time to answer my questions and are always friendly. Love all the fabric I've purchased. Wish there were more custom prints, they seem to sell out quickly. Overall would definitely recommend this shop!

I recently received my first order from PLK and am very pleased with the quality. I was looking at a print and having difficultly identifying a coordinating fabric, I contacted the shop owner and they quickly sent me photos with several options for a coordinating solid. Great customer service!!

I can't stop raving about PLK!! I convinced my sister to meet me at their retail location in spruce grove. We drove from the east side of Edmonton only to discover that they are only open one saturday of every month. Not being the saturday we decided to check it out together. I left a message on their fb page and instantly got a reply from the business owner!! She told us to wait there and that she would be there soon. Way to make us ladies feel like royalty! She opened the store just for us. Sharon went above and beyond to accommodate us. I've never seen customer service like this before! Obsessed with the fabrics too. We love you plk!!! If you love fashion and sewing, it Is deffinitely worth the drive. Beautiful stuff to choose from!
