Pulled up at the pump and there were three attendants. Waited for two minutes for one to come help but they looked at me and all walked inside laughing. But when another car arrived one came to serve. Needless to say, I went to Yorkton and they were more than willing to help

I stopped for fuel. I like that there is an attendant who served me fuel and washed the windows.

I tried to pre pay at the pump the attendant on full serve hit the safety off switch to totally shut down the pump. We were hauling a 35 foot camper and he asked us to pull around to another pump which we werent going to. Needless to say we filled up in Yorkton instead.

I have been buying gas here for 1-3 times a week for the past 4 years. I have always used the car wash service as well. I have in past purchased carwash tickets and not able to use them so tuck them in my glove box. This past Saturday I did not purchase gas as I was coming from Regina and could not make it all the way to Melville. I purchased gas in Emerald Park which is where I should have purchased a car wash. I stopped at Melville as I had 2 unused car wash tickets. I suspected that they had expired and asked attendent if he could extend them. The resounding answer was NO. I have had tickets extended in the past but now they will not do that. I suggested to them that I may as well have thrown my money in the garbage. They just looked away from me. I purchased one last ticket from them after they threw my expired tickets in the garbage. But it is my last one. My last tank of gas at that location and I truly need to warn everyone that utilizes that gas station not to buy a car wash that they cannot use right away. I was never ever advised by anyone in there that my ticket would not be extended. I used to praise this gas station but now is just a really sore spot. The Prairie Coop in Melville operates by the win/lose policy. Co-op wins customer loses. I will be cancelling my membership and telling my true story.

The followup. I sent my grievance directly to management for the coop in Melville. He to was amazed at the fact that I could not update my car wash vouchers as he had always had his vouchers renewed when he needed to. The reason the staff gave me was that the tickets were more than a year old and had expired. Expired after a Year!! that was the first that I had heard of that and in fact the manager of the coop declared that he was NOT aware of that either. There is a comment missing in this thread and that was the initial response by the manager of the gas bar. It was rude and he was making it clear that their system could not process anything that was more than a year past due.(As if I knew that) If that was the story then they should tell it to every person that purchases a car wash voucher instead of having you watch while they throw your car wash vouchers in the Garbage.

The managers and staff are so friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. I recommend stopping here for your fuel, drinks, and soft serve ice cream!
