Recently bought a bike that was disassembled and the cylinder was “honed” by mongoose. Cylinder walls were still damaged and missing Nikasil. Cylinder was still extremely dirty with oil. The guy I bought the bike from was told to just run the cylinder how it was. Won’t be trusting them again.

There is no other way to put this, Dana and his team are the best period.

I had Dana do a full ground up restoration on my 1997 GSX with a 787 and I cannot praise his work and attention to detail enough.

Guess how I found him? I called the best PWC dealer in town and they referred me to him expressing he is the only guy that can do this work. They won’t even go near these PWC’s.

If you do some research there are like a handful of people in North America that can do this work.

He is a master of two/four stroke and pretty much any engine you can think of flat out.

I call Dana for pretty much any mechanical work because they know everything.

It took me many months to find him so don’t waste your time anywhere else just go to Mongoose.

Our 2011 RTX with 86 hours (yes only 86 hours!) had the engine go - metal shards were through-out the engine and two dealers told us to take the plugs out of the unit and sink it - or pay $12,000 plus for a repair - and that it was probably a total write off…

I found Dana and Mongoose and they told me to bring it by - they ended up rebuilding the engine on the one unit and replaced the superchargers on both the units we have. Dana spent extra time replacing a broken ladder for us and rebuilding the oil pump as the seal was compromised - going over and above to make the units perfect.

The jet skis are running better than they ever have and they are hitting speeds of 65 mph on the slower unit and the kids haven’t maxed out the rebuilt unit yet as the lake is choppy but they have reached 102kmph 🤪.

My bank account is a bit more empty (but NOT $12,000 plus!) but my heart is full - thank you 😊 Dana and your team.

Just wanted to thank the team at Mongoose Engine Rebuilding. I called them at 9:00 am this morning and asked if they could help. I dropped my cylinder off at 10:00 am, they were expecting me and greeted me by name. We briefly discussed my problem, and they said they would take care of it. At 1:30, same afternoon I picked up my cylinder. I can't be happier. Saved me weeks of down time.

My bike was in and out of their shop for an entire top and bottom end rebuild in just days. The parts wouldn't even have left the warehouse if I ordered them myself by the time my bike was running and back in my hands again. Amazing speed.

I inquired about my 97’ seadoo and by the time i messaged to the time i picked it up was within the week! For a whole new motor. Looking forward to getting my seadoo back in the water for the first time in 5 years since the motor was blown. Dana takes pride in his work and wants the job to be done to his best ability for a very fair price which I appreciate very much!
