We live in rural Alberta so the fact that Powercoat would not only sell us the product to do it ourselves but also lead me through the process step by step was AMAZING!
Terry is a wealth of knowledge and was at the end of the phone anytime! Even met us at the shop after hours when I decided to redo the whole floor not just touch it up!

I don’t post often, however feel an exception must be made in this instance. My experience with PowerCoat Canada has been phenomenal. Terry has been incredible to work with, and went out of his way to help me out. Even though my order was small, I have been treated as though I was a major client spending alot of $$.

Once ordered, my product was shipped immediately. I received timely updates via the “shop” app, and received the order on time.

The product itself was top line material, the results are fantastic.

If you are tired of the run around, value respect and honesty, and want to keep your $$ local, I cannot recommend this company enough.

I had a great experience with Terry and his Team!
Great customer services, high quality materials, immediate response as needed.
It started with fast delivery (materials got shipped the next day), and Terry provided timely support, he texted back and/ or answered every time I had a question.
I had placed an order though Amazon before I talked to Terry, then I canceled my order and proceeded with their materials for my garage floor. Which turned out amazing!

VERY IMPRESSED, SHOWROOM QUALITY PRODUCT, COMPETITIVE PRICING, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF.

I cannot say enough good things about both the product and the customer service from the PowerCOAT team.

I am extremely impressed with the outcome of my floor, and I’m glad I chose the professional product over other hardware store options. If you’re unsure on how to finish your floor, I’d strongly suggest giving Terry and Troy a call.
