Very happy with my customer service at this store, both at their old location and new location. I was in there last year to grab a hay moisture tester and they were very honest about having stocking issues. They staff went through all the ones they had to find a proper working one. They were friendly and understanding and we had a great chat while they assisted.

The staff here are amazing. They all are super friendly and helpful. The guys loading the wood we ordered were experts at what they do. They loaded wood into my pick up with less than an inch to spare on each side with no damage to my vehicle! Very impressed! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

Great store staff is friendly except for one employee. Trevor wont help you wont talk to you wont even help a lady with a bag of feed out to their vehicle. Looks like he doesn't like his job or like people. Other than that other staff make up for his ignorance.

Went in to buy par 3 and fertilizer for my yard. Apparently if you don't have a UFA account no service. I was stunned as i have purchased this at the same location in the past. Coop was very helpful. Been shopping at UFA for years for our farm needs. Guess someone else will be getting our buisness.
