This is the worst service I have ever encountered, bar none. The staff just stand around chatting and completely ignore whether customers need help. They seem to have the superpower to alter time because they refused to return or exchange an item purchased in early June, claiming that by around June 10th, more than a month had already passed.

Have been going to this location for a long time and always find something nice. I went in today and was helped by Dan who went above and beyond to assist me. He is always so helpful and positive. Your employees shouldn’t ask “how far along” I am because I was looking in the baby section. I have medical issues and my stomach is inflamed I will never walk in there again! I was humiliated!
