These are the go-to guys for pinball service! they did an outstanding job in repairing and updating my 1981 Williams Black Knight machine. Great advice; work performed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. A service issue required Robert to drive down from Montreal ( a 2-1/2 hr. drive) and the issue was dealt with promptly. I will definitely remain a Pinball Medic customer. Thanks again Rob and Mike

Bought Gorgar and was delivered on time. Slight problem and Rob showed up as promised and checked it out 100%. Great service by guys who have a passion for what they do.

As a newbie collector of vintage pinball machines I had always relied on others to fix or tweak my machines for me. When the world decided to go a little mad I decided to use the time to learn to tune up and fix my machines on my own. I turned to Pinball Medics to help me assemble a parts and supply list for my 3 machines. Mike took the time to help me assemble the list and then once the parts arrived he helped guide me through my various missteps. Highly recommend anyone looking for parts and service to give them a call. Completely different experience then I had with that unnamed company in Toronto's West End....

Googled this place looking for parts and found a great place to buy parts and the bonus of finding an amazing arcade! Mike was super friendly and helpful and had most of the parts I needed on hand. I returned later for free play Wednesday and had a great time playing the excellent collection of titles which include 70’s to 90’s era titles. Really great place. Don’t let the bar room next door intimidate you. Staff and patrons were super friendly. Anyone who can’t have a good time here doesn’t know what they are missing.

Mike and Rob definitely love pinball/arcade games! I have a 1977 Bally pinball machine that had been "repaired" several times over it's life (before and after I owned it). I don't know how I didn't know of Pinball Medics but I am sure glad I do now! I was just about to give up on the machine when, by chance, I learned of Mike and his expertise.
Mike and Rob came to "look at" the machine but showed up with most of the parts they figured they'd need. A very fair price was agreed upon and they started to fix on the spot. Unfortunately, some of the previous "repairs" threw a bit of a wrench into their plans but within an hour they returned with all the parts they needed.
I'm pretty sure I even got a lot more than I bargained for! Mike's love of classic pinball machines clearly showed as he spied some other nearly worn parts and decided to tune up the whole cabinet while Rob worked on the back-box.
I could not be happier! I cannot wait to get into Mike's arcade on Baseline Rd. and play some of the other machines from my past.

Mike in Ottawa and Rob in Montreal are amazing to work with in pinball machine issues and diagnosing hard to pinpoint issues. They can get you any part you need to keep your machine(s) in top shape. If you dont see an item on their website, drop them an email and they will most likely find it for you.
