In 2019, we had a great shopping experience with the owner before he opened Phoenix Food Equipment. This summer when we were shopping for stainless steel prep tables and sink for our kitchen, we luckily learnt that the owner now has his own company. We decided to shop at Phoenix Food Equipment.

We are very satisfied of our experience there. Not only we got superior quality products at very reasonable price that we couldn't find in Quebec, but also we had an unparalleled customer service!

We are especially impressed and touched by their dedication and efforts to ensure the customers' satisfaction. They took great care of our order at each step.

They were very accommodating, honest and patient whenever we had questions.

They spent time and energy to ensure that everything we received was in good shape.

Their willingness to help the customers is extremely rare these days. The customer service from Phoenix Food Equipment is the best we ever had!

En 2019, nous avions eu une très bonne expérience d'achat avec le propriétaire avant qu'il n'ouvre Phoenix Food Equipment.

Bought worth 1300 of sink, return back one as it doesn't fit my machinesl. aren't able to do the refund the same day,was told next business day will do it. Waited 2 days still haven't given back my money. on top of that 1 customer got charge 3 times because they aren't aware how to use there machines,

I would like to share my amazing experience with dealing with Azim and this company. Azim was so easy to help me get the right equipment and set up a super easy delivery process for me. When the delivery drivers arrived today, I was so impressed the care they took and how helpful and the pride they took in their company and Job. The customer service through our ordering to delivery has been exceptional. Being in the restaurant industry for 33 years and owning 3 of my own spots I so appreciate fantastic service. It is such a dying thing to experience and I was so blessed to see if again first hand. Keep up the great job, Azim and delivery team .

Bought Nordic ice machine 1 year passed and it stop working. The company said it’s out of warranty and said they don’t have anyone to service it or fix it. Complete junk equipment, called another company they like probably cost same to
Replace it since it s junk chinese that this company private labeling. Don’t buy nordic as they have a 1 year warranty for a reason, parts and serving will be headache and told by other mechanics these are worthless ice machines since they won’t last more than 1-3 years
