Bought green broad beans. There was no expiration date on the can and when I opened them, they were brown and a bunch had holes in them. Don't buy this brands products.

I bought bags of semolina #3 from Adonis and the grain was at least two numbers lower. It’s was very fine compared to the one we use to get when the brand was only Cedar. Nothing goes right with it. I don’t know if you realize that the thickness of the grain is very important. I asked around me and everyone sais the same and they stopped using it since the bag changed into phonenecia. You should look at that. It needs two numbers up. The grain now is a number 2 not 3. I had to sift it to get the thick grain I needed but even tho it didn’t work.
I can show a picture of the fine semoulina I had to remove. Mostly half of the bag. I bought 4 boxes of 10 pack (900gr) and I had to return the rest of the bags I bought.
I usually get mine from Montreal and I always wish to find something similar here.

Bought the Falafel preparation mix. Tried with avocado oil, olive oil, high heat, low heat. Just garbage. They shouldn’t be allowed to make any money.

Poor Quality control -I have bought the Cedar Fava Beans and when I opened it, it was chickpeas.
Reached out GROUPE PHOENICIA, was told that it never happened and I was the only one who complained even though I took a picture and send them the batch number. Not sure how a company with a poor quality control is still around. Of course never buying anything that has that brand name again.....

I bought the Cedar Phoenicia AJVAR from Turkey for the first time at my grocery store in downtown Toronto, I am beyond disgusted ! Normally I always buy the macedonian Ajvar. Im not even sure if there is red peppers & egg plants in here, it looks like a tomato sauce. Please stop making these disgusting products.

I called for the expiry date on a can of beans because it wasn’t listed. This lady told me to call back in 2 hours to speak to someone. I said are you kidding? No one in your whole company knows how to read the production code?

Bought a bag of navy beans and was disappointed. The beans were smaller than I usually purchase. Many were discolored and appeared atrophied. Will not purchase this brand again.
