Called Anthony at Phillips and he gave me some honest advice and assessment with my ac unit. Very trustworthy and even gave me some contact info for another company that works on my specific ac unit. Spent the time with me on the phone to explain what he thought was going on and then offered to connect me with the right people. Highly recommend him for his being trustworthy, honest, and genuine with his customers! His customer service comes through just on a simple phone conversation. You can tell he cares about his customers.

Anthony Phillips inspected my furnace, discovered the heat exchanger was broken, and ordered a new furnace right away. Within a couple of days, he and his partner, Dylan, were back at my house and had the broken furnace removed and the new furnace installed within 5 hours and gave me a fair and honest price. AC stopped working during the first heat wave of the season. Called Phillips Plumbing and Heating and Anthony responded on a Sunday and asked several questions to see if it could be a minor issue which could be self repaired. After confirming it needed professional attention Anthony fit me in to his schedule and did a thorough inspection. Then due to constaints on his availability to complete the extensive repairs he recommened an alternative company who also proved to be very professional. Anthony was very easy to communicate with and accomodating.

When things go smooth it’s easy to get good reviews, it’s when things go wrong you find out in a hurry if your contractor is who you hoped he would be…
Anthony is that contractor!!

We went on holidays and came back to a sweltering house so I called a couple of contractors for prices on AC and furnace. Anthony came in with the best equipment at the lowest price.

Things go wrong when the wholesaler said they had my equipment but shipped not one but both units wrong. Anthony managed to get me a bump up to a higher AC model that I had looked into earlier which was great and took the sting out of waiting a couple of extra days.

Friday of the August long weekend him and Christopher did the install and everything went smooth. A couple of hours after they left I received a call from Anthony inquiring if everything was working to my satisfaction which it was.

Anthony is a true professional, gentle soul, and hard worker. I will definitely call him again and happily recommend him to friends and family.

Anthony worked extremely hard to revive our old furnace but parts were hard to come by and expensive. He went out of his way try to make it work but our machine was well past it's lifespan, which is common in our neighbourhood. When it was time to move forward and replace the furnace all together, there was no question that Anthony was our guy! He is honest and hard working. He didn't charge us for trying to repair our old machine and his pricing was very reasonable for our new set up. We definitely recommend his services.

100% recommend!! I will be going to Phillips for everything from now on! Anthony was incredibly helpful, and gave me a ton of information to make the best choice for our new hot water tank system. He walked me through how to fix the tank temporarily until a new unit could be installed, and went above and beyond in his helpfulness. Google told me Anthony provided local service in Kamloops but that wasn't true as Anthony is out of the Kelowna area. Anthony apologized but gave me 10 minutes of his time to see how he could help.
