Been coming here a while because it's closest to home. It is NOT worth the convenience. The coin machine just stole my $20 bill. While looking for a number to call, I found a note pinned to the wall from another angry customer who also couldn't find any contact info for whoever runs this money grab. Underneath their note was a second piece of paper so I took it and added my own warning. Hopefully the next person sees it BEFORE they lose their money. I would have stuck the note to the machine if I had any tape.

Absolutely agree with the other guy as well - clothes come out wet every single time even if you run the driers for a full hour or more.

This place is the worst.

Machines take extra money. No phone number to contact owner/supervisor. Machine doesn't work well. Clothes were wet when. It came out of the machine. One dryer doesn't dry Clothes at all. Machines and floor are dirty. So disappointed as this location is close to home.

I'm tired of getting ripped off. Just spent half an hour wringing out my clothes by hand because the washer stopped before the cycle was done. There has been numerous issues at least half of the times I go to do laundry, such as running the whole cycle but no water whatsoever came out but it happily took my money and wasted my time and another time it just took my money and acted as if I didn't put any money in it at all. The owner gives absolutely no way to contact them such as a phone number or email so that tells me they care more about filling their pockets than the satisfaction of their customers. Save yourself the money and headache and go to a real laundromat which is anywhere but the one in Petrolia.

Machine took my money 💰 and it's not work properly like dryer totally garbage. It's look like new but not.
It's 8 Machine lottery which is work and which not depend on your luck...
I want to tell the owner of laundromat just start all the Machine properly and put somebody there for answering.

Why isn't there a phone number to call if somthing goes wrong? Coin machine took my money. Machines are always dirty and smelly, cloths come out with stains from the machines not being cleaned. why isn't the air conditioner turned on during the summer months?

Shouldn’t even get a 1 star.. they don’t keep their machines running properly. They stop and don’t ring out your clothes. Big rip off.. save your money.

It was very nice of a building owner in town to open this space up as a laundromat after the only one in town closed down. It is clean and tidy with very high end, brand new machines as well as a variety of soap options in a dispenser along with a change machine, very handy for sure.

The cons however and the reason I only ever checked it out but did not use it, with many others who felt the same were problems:

•No folding table or chairs of any kind (an inconvenience, not a major issue)
•No set or listed hours, not 24 hours either (running the risk of clothes sitting in a machine over night and no number to call to inquire or if there are any issues)
•Way, WAY overpriced, I understand people need to make money in their investments but to attempt to regain one's investment in under a year or much less at the cost of never even gaining clientele isn't the way I would personally go

So I continued to gladly hand wash/hang dry everything at home after doing so for 6+ months when there were no other options simply because the prices are far too inflated and simply not worth it. (Side note, now having moved out of the area, I can do a full, large wash and dry for $3.50...a wash only ranges from $5 to $9 I believe which is crazy in my opinion.)
