Mostly friendly staff, but as other reviews have mentioned there are some grouchy people here who spoil the great service experience provided by others at this store.

I needed lumber and this elderly man asked me to "go to Home Depot to buy it" because I asked for a price match with Perth Planing Mill Supply or Home depot. You know I won't be buying lumber from here ever again.

This is something that has been stated and reiterated before and I am still shocked that this woman works there. For 10 plus years we have been going to location to support local and generally the staff are kind and pleasant. I was shaken today to my core by the degrading, disgusting behaviour of Carol…the infamous angry paint lady. I honestly don’t know how you continue to employ this woman. Not only did I hear her be repeatedly rude as I picked out paint chips, she, for 10 minutes, degraded, insulted a fellow co worker. She is a total Human Resources nightmare and for you to even allow her to share space with lovely people is insane and quite frankly irresponsible. She has talked down to me on numerous occasions. But to have to work beside this horrible person on a daily basis and be exposed to her ridicule, insults and implications that other staff is below her is appalling. It was one of the most uncomfortable situations I have ever been a part of. She continually disrespects customers and staff. She makes the shopping experience terrible and quite frankly I will never buy paint from your store while she is still employed there. She should not be in customer service and she truly gives your store a very bad name. Please set her free and allow her to seek work somewhere that doesn’t require interaction with people. She is a total liability.

There are too many people who are absolutely lovely who work there who do not need this toxic human in their space.

Had to cancel our plans for the solar eclipse after finding out this location sold us the fake glasses and everywhere else was sold out. This location should be ashamed of themselves for putting profits over customers safety.
