The lads who work there are an absolute delight. Beyond helpful, considerate, and even call you weeks later when you forgot you asked for a specific item. Selection is 10/10 so that's good too.

Absolutely the best encounter of Asian grocery store in Penticton. I found some items that I was not able to find in Vancouver. If you are into Korean food, this is the place to pick up your ingredients. They carry a variety of Asian condiments and snacks; each item is researched and picked by the store owner. He was also really friendly and helpful. Great choices in Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Indian groceries. Please support this local business as it is definitely a hiddem gem in this town! If you are in to K-food, please visit 🙂

Called ahead to get some pepper paste. When I came in two days later, they still remembered me. I saw different brand in the first isle, but not the brand I wanted. When I mentioned the brand to Sam, he explained the difference, took me down another isle, and even understood the cuisine so well, that he knew which beans I was using, and what I was making. (Stellar customer service here)
Excellent knowledge and variety here. A labour of love. Highly recommend for those folks with multi-faceted tastes in cooking.

One of the best stores in Penticton, period. Everyone is always so helpful and nice, they always have what I need, and have given me tips and suggestions on some of the dishes I've tried to make. Absolutely love coming to this store. We're so lucky to have a place like this in Penticton.

I absolutely adore this store. They always have what I need for my favourite Mexican dishes. They don't always have the Oaxaca cheese that I love but usually the next time I'm there they will have it back in stock.

I've never seen such a massive selection of imported foods from all over Asia. If this place ever goes out of business I'll be in trouble because this is just too much great food and I can't believe the place isn't jam-packed with people. They have bulk Mexican chilies and beans like you've never seen before. Every condiment imaginable. Frozen dim sum and on and on.

I love trying new foods and cooking recipes from around the world and this store always has a huge variety of ingredients and snacks that let me do just that. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable and have answered every question I’ve had. To top it off, we’ve made requests for them to bring in foods from where my family is from and they were eager to learn more about it and are now selling it! I highly recommend checking it out!
