It’s been a while since I’ve been to No Frills, but it was great stopping by! The store was nice, had everything I needed, and I was so thankful they had one along the way on our journey. Perfect timing!

Its an okay NoFrills, realistic cheaper prices for groceries in town compared to IGA. Less staff to help you though and does have a warehouse feel to parts of it (no frills thing in general). Much prefer the Lacombe No-frills.

I’m a customer of this place since 2006. Used to be a nice place. Extra Foods and No Frills with different ownership and managements.
Recently it became terrible customer service. Some of the new staff members have bad attitudes and poor customer service. They need to learn better about Canadian Customer Service.
2 times I wasted my time because of their mistakes.
Can’t say much here, I think this will be our future in Canada

This store is clean and well kept. The current owner seem to take good care of the staff, they are always happy and they offer great service. I love shopping here.

I was in your store today and noticed one of your employees (Sonja) loudly criticizing another employee with a customer.
I have been through your store numerous times and this particular employee is often rude, bad mouths the other employees and makes my experience shopping there uncomfortable. It would be a blessing if she wasn’t there anymore. And I can imagine the other staff members would agree.
I can’t imagine what the young man felt like today being criticized the way he was infront of everyone.

Always a great variety, and good prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot can be a bit difficult for carts in winter. PC optimum points are always a great perk.
