Food was good. Drinks were good. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Not a 5 because everything was just slow for a lack of a better explanation. If I had an open evening for dinner and no where to be I would return.

Finding somewhere to eat that the dogs are able to join us is a welcome convenience, and our server was pleasant.

Unfortunately, the outdoor seating, while clean, was very uncomfortable, one of our meals was not quite what was ordered, and I'm not sure the food would be distinguishable from a frozen dinner in a blind taste test. My tortellini had the firmness of a frozen pasta that wasn't boiled long enough, the Alfredo sauce was disappointing at best, and the meatball I "borrowed" from a family member's plate was under seasoned. If you do eat here, the best advice I could give is to avoid the parmesan and red chili flakes in the condiments rack.

Delicious! Great portions! The crab/spinach dip is soo good. I ordered the carbonara and added lobster. They bring it out with lots of sauce which is what I love.

We love going to The Pasta Factory, love the food but the service last time left us pretty disappointed. We sat for almost 15 minutes before being asked if anyone had come over to us which they hadn’t. When our server did come over she seemed less than impressed to have to serve us, no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. Besides taking our order and dropping off our food she did not come back to the table once. The restaurant was not busy which if it was I could justify this level of service. Very disappointed to have this experience at a restaurant we enjoy.

This place is real nice 👌 elegant ambiance the bread 🍞 and balsamic n oil o.m.g 👍🏼 good crab spinach dip was real good wasn't sure if it was imitation crab though service was top notch quick never forgot anything extra curtious and the main course was superb
