Terrible service I called explained the issue was told a part was ordered then when I contacted back to set up a time to come install the guy ghosted me so I ended up having to call another place. Communications skills of this company are terrible! I would definately not recommend even asking them

Terrible service. Came to fix the ice box in our freezer, took the mechanism and took the drawer out then left. It’s been 2 years and every time we call him he avoids our calls. Called from a friends number and he answered and had a bunch of excuses why he hasn’t finished the work and asked him to return pieces he took…. And that was months ago. Absolutely do not ask this name to fix anything.

Positive: answered call, diagnosed and fixed my dryer quickly.
As the dryer was older he needed an older type bearing. Returned the next day with the part (no added charge for second visit). Lee was very informative regarding care of the dryer and offered hints for care of a couple other appliances. Cost more reasonable than others, especially as his service charge was considerably less. I would definitely recommend him.

Good luck if you need any assistance promptly. Called & e mailed for a service call on refrigerator. Received a call back, technician asked for my phone number and said he would text me back. nothing. Called and left voice mail and e mailed again next day.... still no response. Call a third time two days later left a voice mail asking for a least a courtesy call to let me know if he wanted the job or not.... three days past still nothing. Went with another company from Nanaimo who responded immediately and set up an appointment for same week.

The service was excellent. I phoned in the morning and he came later that day. He is very reasonably priced. He is super knowledgable and gave really useful advice. Strongly recommended.

Dryer was squealing, showed up on time replaced a bearing, cleaned dryer, checked vent, very Profesional. I would recommend you call them before anyone else.
