Paris Natural Foods has some great products but it's the frozen yogurt made with fruit and blended right at the counter in a cute machine that is the star attraction. I was visiting Sudbury for a few days and had read how popular the frozen yogurt was with the locals. This early afternoon I ordered a mango/papaya frozen yogurt and it was so delicious and refreshing. It's much lower in fat than ice cream and there's plenty of frozen fruit 🍓🍒to choose from when you order your frozen yogurt. The staff here is really kind too. What a treat to have had some frozen yogurt.

Love this place! Great for supplements, protein or any health products! The staff are very knowledgeable and they are great at recommending items. Also, the frozen yogurt is a treat!

Great store with knowledgable staff. I get so much of my vitamins, minerals, other things here. They are helpful and don’t mind ordering things for you or finding alternative products if they don’t have something.
They also have an amazing selection of natural teas that help with things. **I highly recommend red raspberry leaf tea to help woman with period cramps!
Definitely a well stocked store and I recommend checking them out!
