I contacted Pal Plastics to create two custom acrylic protective tabletop covers with polished edges, to give them more of a 'glass' look. I needed the protectors for my two teak midcentury modern credenzas. I asked if they could add anti slip rubber/silicone feet, and unfortunately that was not something they could include, however, Kendall was very helpful and told me I could find some at Home Depot to affix myself. Which turned out to be super easy. The customer service from Kendall and the fabrication team was fast, very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the price I paid was very fair as well. I'm really happy with my tabletop protectors. Will likely contact them again to fabricate more.

I've ordered acrylic displays for my small business four times now. I really appreciate 1) The fact that being a small business I don't have to order a high number of racks to get a competitive price, 2) the top quality of the product, 3) the ease of ordering (over email now) and 4) the speed with which the order is ready from the time of ordering to pick-up (one week). Highly recommend checking this place out for your display needs.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 10 years working in an office, they do not communicate well internally or with their customers. We ordered a custom desk guard on May 19th. After the two weeks had passed when it was supposed to be ready I tried to reach out to the sales man, messages went unreturned, only once I emailed did I find out that he was no longer with the company and our order had gotten lost and not been done. I was advised that it would be ready after the weekend on Monday June 8th. We did not receive our order, and instead got a phone call the day after that there was a problem with our design. I was advised when it would be ready to picked up and confirmed their hours for June 10th (found out they do not do delivery which was never mentioned previously). When I arrived at their office on June 10th I was told that they were still waiting on the design confirmation and did not hear back from me (even though I had already spoke to someone). I emailed the Customer Service Manager about our terrible experience thus far and they quickly sent someone out to our office to confirm the design (this is the only positive part of my experience). We had paid extra for adjustments that ended up not being needed, no other part of the design had changed and we were advised that they would be using thicker acrylic (and not charged for it) as they ran out of what we ordered and we would be refunded for the adjustments that were not needed. Guard was completed and delivered two days later. After multiple requests for our receipt and our partial refund more than a week after it was delivered, I was advised we would not be refunded as they used thicker acrylic (even though they told me in person otherwise).... Still to this date I have never got a receipt I requested multiple times. I do not recommend Pal Plastics. **EDIT - Gord reached out immediately after leaving this review, received many apologies, forwarded my communications with other team members and received our refund. Much better experience with Gord.

Would highly recommend Pal Plastics - I deal with Ron Dirr on a regular basis for orders, who is very accommodating and it's become my go-to company for acrylic. My experience has been nothing short of great. Order turnaround time normally exceeds my expectations and I'm always happy with the product results.

Broke a rear RV window and needed a replacement.
Called PAL on Monday and custom ordered the piece required.
They helped me with a tip to remove the old window took my order over the phone verified measurements and it was ready the NEXT Day unbelievable service.
The Company name suits they were areal PAL to me .

I just want to thank you Ron for the absolutely wonderful job you did in working with me on my custom order and personally delivering the “Small Parts” I ordered from you on May 7th, 2021.

On or around the morning of May 12th you called to let me know my order was ready for pickup (over a week early), at which time I informed you that I had lost control of my balance due to an inner ear issue and would have to postpone picking up my order for a while.

I called you a few days later to ask about any delivery/courier options explaining that I was still unable to leave the house due to my balance issue and that I would pay for the product to be delivered. You instead said that you would bring them to me free of charge, since I could not make the pickup myself, which you did that very same day.

I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism and all around above and beyond great service.

I look forward to doing more business with Pal Plastics and especially Ron Dirr in the near future.
