During my trip to Pacific today, I was pleased to find pumpkins and at a reasonable price. This was especially beneficial for my sick dogs at home. However, I was disappointed that the salid dressings on the shelf had already expired, so I passed on it.

I had been quite excited about a particular find during my previous visit: the Buldak soup. However, this time, I observed that it was notably more expensive compared to the prices at other local grocery stores. This price disparity extended to IndoMie Instant Noodles as well. The regular price is marked significantly higher.

Interestingly, I came across Grace Peanut Punch on sale for just $1 at another store. The sales and regular prices on the items I was seeking didn't seem to be particularly favorable this week.

During my trip to Pacific, I was pleased to find an extensive selection of produce. The store was notable for its cleanliness and organization. However, there was a downside when it came to prepackaged foods, particularly the Mangosteen. This relatively expensive fruit came in a mixed bag, with some pieces ripe and others inedible.

We decided to buy cotton candy raisins (grapes), but unfortunately, they lacked the expected sweetness. On a positive note, the mango we purchased turned out to be delicious and satisfying.

Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my favorite Buldak soup was available at the store.

Watch out for expired products even before the official expiry date.
The tofu has mould spots with 4 weeks left until expiration.

Personally I don't really have problems with this place. Good place to get snacks and drinks that you can't find in regular stores without the ridiculous prices. My only problem is that occasionally when checking out, the cashier will look me up and down and go "you're going to eat ALL of that?" As if assuming I'm just gonna go home and eat it all at once. Storing things for later is a thing. Not to mention, whether I look like it or not, I AM an adult, and how I spend my money is my business. I just want my food without being judged. Otherwise good store.

It is a very typical Asian oriented grocery store. Hassle free in terms of shopping. This market has lots of affordable choices to make. The store is always clean and ordely. They have the largest selection of ethnic foods from around the world. The aisles are well organized, and prices are decent. Cashiers know the products and work quickly. Parking is huge and easily accessible.

I bought fresh “basil” (herb) at Pacific. It costs $4.06 for the package. When I asked where the basil was, I was directed to it by a helpful employee. I come home and find that it’s actually spearmint, packaged incorrectly under a “Basil” label. And go figure that the bill says “No refund on vegetables.” Its essentially amounts to negligence by the store management, to ensure their employees know the products being offered. Additionally, the employees packaging the herbs at Pacific need a lesson, on the difference between herbs like Basil vs Mint. I’m now stuck with a totally useless and expensive herb I cannot use. This is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. Also going to customer service to report this is an exercise in futility. I’ll get the “no refund” line and nothing will change. Unacceptable!!!
