Nice place with very friendly staff and good selection of specialty fabrics. Very good prices if you buy a bulk of something, and "bulks" are not too big for cords, elastics, webbing, etc. Also, a great selection of specialty zippers, buckles and things like that.

This place is amazing! I've finally found somewhere to get a zipper in the correct length.
Their selection is incredible.
Edward helped us and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew a lot about what they carried.
We had to go back an hour later and the man who served us was not friendly at all.
I cannot believe I didn't know about this place sooner.

One of my favourite stores to purchase tailoring supplies. PacCana is a wholesaler selling threads, notions, clasps and more. During lockdown they aren't open to the public but offer curbside pickup. Call them or order online.

Love this place and so glad I found it. Did my second order online after visiting the store a few months ago. Great selection and pricing.

I don’t usually leave reviews but….

This isn’t a review about the business but the one older woman who works there. She has the WORST customer service skills. Not to mention one time I had to wait an hour for her to get a small order ready, one time she over charged me for thread, and on and on and on. If you shop there just wait for someone else to help you.

I have already ordered twice and I love the service. I order through them online and the second time, I left a note on my order requesting to have me pick up my order instead since I live within the area. Same day, I got notified that my order is ready for pick up. The vinyl is just lovely. The waterproof canvas, oh my. I can't wait to make bags again!!! You can't beat the price here. The best place to get your stuff. Curbside pick up did not take too long. So kudos to everybody working here. Thank you for the excellent service. Will continue to support your business. Would highly recommend to family, friends, co-workers and the internet in general.

Ordered online Friday morning, arrived on the other end of the province Tuesday.

Prices are as competitive as I could find (honestly the best I could find).

I will be ordering again in the future should I need these styles of fabric again for a future project
