Proprietaire super condescendant avec les femmes!! Il m'a suggéré une réparation pour le filage de remorque de mon véhicule et je n'étais pas d'accord. Il m'a dit que mon mari serait d'accord lui! Après j'ai eu une très mauvaise interaction avec lui, il ignorait ce que je lui disait. Son employé était sympathique au moins. On doit payer comptant seulement et sans facture et de plus on ne parle qu'en anglais. Première et dernière fois pour moi!!

Très mauvais expérience. Impolis, arrogants, unilingue anglophone au point qu'il est incapable de dire merci ou bonjour. Le travail effectué (pose d'un attelage à remorque) a été fait tout croche, et j'ai du tout inspecter et insister pour que les plastiques intérieurs et extérieurs soient replacés et fixés, comme ils l'étaient à l'origine. Nul au point où j'ai songé les poursuivre aux petites créances.

De plus, on me dit que tout est garanti à vie au téléphone, et c'est rendu garanti 5 ans pour les pièces et 1 an main d'oeuvre quand vient le temps de payer (comptant seulement, ça aussi on le découvre sur place).

Bref, un travail de très mauvaise qualité, et un service encore pire!

Service horrible, arrogant et ce fout de c'est client. Ne sert q'en anglais dans une province francophone. Si vous avez besoin d'une machine shop ou d'une shop a métal, aller voir Metanox a gatineau! Meilleur service...

To make a long story short, I needed to notch inside my engine block to make clearance for new rods&pistons upgrade. I live in Gatineau and went to all machine shops that was close to me first. Not one of them wanted to even do the job as soon as they heard it was an car engine block I needed word on. Next day, I went to at least 4 other shops in the Ottawa region and called a couple on the side. No luck again. As I was going back to tell my mecanic that I didn't get any luck, I remembered one shop that I didn't call or went yet since it was on my way back to the garage. Walked in the place, spoke with the owner about the job I wanted and he told me there was no problem doing it. I was surprised and happy at the same time so I forgot to ask how much he would charge. Couples of days later the jobs was done. I really taught it was a 200-300$ job. When I got there to pick up my engine block, he ask for a 100$. Couldn't ask for more, great job, great service, very reasonnable price and an all around no stress experience. Thanks.

Terrible experience. I needed a part machined which I had given the owner in his hands to inspect and let me know if he can do what's ask. Very small job. He said no problem and it would be between 80-100 I said sure. He called me afterwards telling me he's having a hard time and that it will take more time, asking me if I was okay with paying a bit more. I explained that I didn't want to pay 3x the price but I do need it done. Shortly after he calls and it's magically ready. Wants 240. That's 3x the price from 80 in my book. But it gets worse. I just got off the phone with my transmission builder and he sent out the part to his machinist to straighten out the work done. And an additional 150$ thank you. That's 390 total what should have been 150$. I never write reviews but when you have to pay 2x, someone should know about it. I'm not impressed at all. That's not how you do business. As I can see, I should have read these reviews before, probably would have saved myself the headache.

I had taken the day off to get this taken care of. I went to 1 shop, and they referenced me to your business, so don't make it sound like I was turned away many times. I mentioned you had called. You didn't say it was going to be 3 times the price quoted, you said a bit more. And last but not least, the part was shipped out paid 40$ to do so afterwards only to be told your work did not respect the measurements given and they needed to correct it and the cut made was done by hand and very sloppy. I don't have time to waste running around after people who can not do the work they supposedly specialize in correctly in the first. Good luck with your business.
