The wonderful lady behind the counter not only helped me understand the problem and provided me the parts, but walked me through on how to do the repair so I could keep the laundry going for my kids. I'm 32 and my parents never taught me to be handy or fix things, but she was patient and helped me anyway. Works like new. That wonderful lady is living proof that greedy people are the exception not the rule, and that the profit motive is a lie.

Ignore anyone complaining about the state of shop, most repairmen don't know their trade better than her and without all of those legacy parts and appliances y'all would be out of luck on the high quality repairs you simultaneously expect from her while complaining like a spoiled child asked to eat their veggies.
