It has been 3+ years that we have been waiting for our refund for a piece of equipment sold to us that never worked. We have been told through many emails that they are working on it, but they clearly have no intention to do so. We have now been forced to take legal action to recover our loss. Be very careful when buying!!! We recommend contacting the US directly to ensure support at least for your purchase.

After researching many different brands as a way to avoid this new era of smart appliances —that die just as your warranty runs out. Many brands made with sensitive micro-electronic mother-boards that are clearly engineered and placed in a compromising area of the appliance; we were done!
