Russ was recommended to me by my brother in law. Our air conditioner died on the hottest day of the season! They were there within hours and had it fixed within 30 minutes! I couldn’t believe it! No sales pitch about needing to replace our hvac system or convincing us to spend more money......they just got it done and at a reasonable price ! They were professional, efficient and I will be using them from now on! Great service!

Fantastic HVAC service! Russell is professional, polite and great at what he does. Fixed my furnace last winter when it wasn't heating properly. Just fixed my furnace that was leaking water (plugged AC drain line). Can't recommend him enough.

The company appears to have disappeared after receiving payment for the furnace installation.

I purchased a furnace from the company in July 2021. The day after installation, I alerted the company that the furnace fan appears to not be circulating the air throughout the house. I was advised to allow the unit to run another 24 hours. There has been no improvement.

Then came the Fall chills. My smart thermostat keeps signaling that the furnace is not producing heat. I've contacted the company several times. No response. No after sale service. They appear to have disappeared after payment.

UPDATE:
It appears that the initial technician did not complete the furnace programming, left the company, and stopped responding to my calls/messages.

OMS sent a technician to examine the furnace. They addressed the issue and the furnace is now fully functional.

I commend them for their speedy response and resolution.

Has Russ and his team install a new furnace (old one was 24 years old and on it's last legs) and a new humidifier.

Russ did a great job with both installs. His work is very clean, organized, and professional. Russ will also take the time to explain what he's doing, answer any questions, and give you peace of mind about what is a large purchase for most people.

Russ left our basement as clean (or cleaner) than when he started the 2 jobs. Russ's pricing is also very competitive and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to give Russ and his team a call if looking for anything HVAC!

I installed a brand new AC and Furnace from OMS last year. Amana is the brand. and paid 8K for these system.

However this summer season, when i called them up to set up appointments to get my ac / furnace annual maintenance, they never turned up. Call them up again and again no one turned up.
First of all its very difficult to get in touch with them on their numbers, and by chance you do, then the call will be disconnected when they try to connect me with Russ.

whilst i waited for OMS to send someone, my AC stopped cooling. Since OMS wouldnt come, i asked another HVAC company to diagnose the problem.

After multiple visits, and a bill of 800 dollars (and counting), apparently the cooling coils have holes and need replacing. This is a brand new unit, just a year old.

I dont know whether this is something to do with installation or a manufacturing defect or some faulty parts were used, but the people who diagnosed it said this should not happen to a brand new system.

Trying to get in touch with OMS / Russ is a big challenge. Had they come in to do regular service, this problem would have been caught at its root, as they are the ones who installed the whole system, and this could be covered under warranty.

not happy with the whole experience, especially when it has a dollar value to it.

Went with Ontario Mechanical to replace our A/C and some gas work for our pool heater. Extremely happy with the installation and the customer service. Russ and his technicians were professional, on time and exactly as quoted.
I will highly recommend them.
