By mistake, I bought 4 liters of milk and 1 liter of milk instead of cream, but he didn't give me a receipt. I call him 5 minutes after buying and told him the mistake I did and ask him: you didn't think it was weird I was buying a 4 liters for 8.50$ and a 1 liter for 4 $ same time and asked to bring it back to exchange it and get cream instead but he wouldn't take the milk back without the receipt but he never asked me if I wanted a receipt. Good way to lose a customer for life. And it's not the first time they really disappointed me there. Like short 10 cents, and sorry we can't help. This store is the cheapest people I have ever encountered since it changed owners.

Fix your slurpee and ice cream machine. I have baught slurpees 3 separate occasions. The slurpee is runny and super sugary. The mixture is off. And the ice cream has chewy bits in it . Not sure how no one has fixed this issue. Spent 24 dollars on 6 slurpees that went into the trash. Other than that store is fine , employees are good. Fix the machine and I'll change my 2 star review . Thanks

There is a guy who has very little knowledge on what customer service is and includes.
I have my Roofing business and I work around the area and I have to go there to buy water and some other supplies for my employees and he denies me the washroom saying that is not open to the public even tho I buy lots of things in this specific store. It hasn’t been just once, is been quite frequently lately that he is being denying me and my employees the washroom. Every store must offer washrooms for people even tho the only thing they need is just to use the washroom. According to the public toilet act he should not be forcing me to buy something when the only thing I need is to use the washroom.

Good for something you forgot when you went grocery shopping the day before, or a place to stop and grab something for home like milk of bread. Typical convenient store, high priced. Good selection of artisan bread and everything you might need !!

wouldn’t let me put up a missing cat poster in their window. i come in all the time as i live just down the street, usually they’re very friendly. i miss when this was a locally owned store.

the old ladies that worked dec 27 at 1pm have zero customer service skills and are quite rude. Everything here is overpriced.
