Cody was so helpful, friendly and professional. He has a BUNCH of really good, high quality vending machines from reputable manufacturers. I purchased a snack machine from him and I haven’t had any issues — the machine is in top condition, fully functional and has been a reliable investment. He also was friendly enough to provide professional delivery service for a very reasonable rate. Upon arrival, he not only moved the machine to my desired location, but he offered a WEALTH of knowledge and replaced the lock mechanism on one of my other machines (an unreliable machine that I bought elsewhere). If you’re looking for professional, convenient, and hassle-free vending services, definitely go with these guys! Their customer service is unmatched… would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

To echo the rest of the reviews here...customer service from Cody is over and above at all times.

Since it was my first machine, I wanted to go used or refurbished to test the waters. I contacted several vending machine sellers that had machines like this advertised on their websites, but always got 1 line answers and attempts to upsell me to newer, bigger machines.

When I contacted OnCan, Cody gave me a very detailed response and offered to hop on a call to figure out the best fit for my situation. We did that and he ended up recommending his least expensive machine because it made the most sense for my situation. He organized delivery and install and continues to provide excellent support whenever I have a question about anything.

10/10 can't recommend OnCan enough.
