Incapable, je reçois pas ma commande, me répond toujours que je vais avoir mon tracking par courriel et ne le reçois jamais ça fait minimum 6 fois qu’on appel . Je vais porter plainte à la protection du consommateur. Payer mon congélateur avec frais de livraison de 350$ et jamais rien reçu encore. Soyez très prudent ne faites pas affaire avec eux.

Poor service, wrong order, no resolution. Ordered a 72 inch shelf 27 April 2024. No tracking number provided. 14th May 2024 a 36 inch tall shelf unit arrived. Notified Omni the same day. Not helpful on the phone and by e mail. Despite sending photos as requested no contact since 21 May. Now almost 3 months from Order and we still do not have what we ordered and paid for.

Absolutely a Terrible company. Dont buy any kitchen gear or equipment from here. They are crooked. I spent $3000 for a blast freezer that showed up not functioning. Still havent heard back from them six months later!!

In late march We had purchased from Onmi food equipment for $3,000, a Canco SSF-540 Single Solid Door 29" Wide Stainless Steel Freezer. Its end of August now and no follow ups.

Freezer on time and safely delivered into our studio. Once out of the box the unit wasn’t working properly. The programming on the dixel unit (computer brain of freezer)
wasn’t working correctly and alarms going off and the system startup wasn’t working.

We had three visits from refrigeration technicians and had to pay outta pocket for programming. No customer support from omni and i emailed their teams three times and called. General Manager was “going to look into it” that was in march and then april 2024. Its now August!! What a scam!

I should have read reviews before I ordered from this place. They charged me extra money for a fridge they promised was "in stock" and would ship next day after waiting two months for my initial order (that no one told me was back ordered I had to call a month later to find out it wasn't in stock). I had to call back two weeks later after I received no tracking number and THEN they shipped it out. After I called hoping to at least get a refund for the extra money spent, the man on the phone just spoke over me the whole time talking over me and then hung up. I ordered a fridge in JULY, it is now September. I absolutely empathize with there being shipping delays and low stock, that is out of their control and that's not the problem. What I am NOT okay with is this company lying and getting me to spend more money when there isn't a fridge in stock. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the few hundred bucks you might save from another company.

What a disaster place!!. All their 5 stars are made up.

Do not buy anything, worst merchant ever I saw in my life.

I ignore reviews and got stuck with these guys who have no moral values at all. Just open claim at consumer protection Ontario.

Bought 2 fridges and both have fault. Door is not installed on level and crushing into bottom edge. Explain almost all phone attendee at their location almost twice.

False promise of sending repair person without any timeline. Today I have completed 2 months, No call , No repair. It's Brand new fridges. They Collected money & no service.

Funny part is, upon calling after 4 days of purchase to advise to deliver equipment, I called and provided order number, They don't know weather it's paid or not. They literally ask me to email receipt of payment. Imagine someone lost their small debit receipt, I bet these guys will not deliver products to you.

Man of the show is Stan Singer. Worst person in this organization.

Run away from these people. Do not fell into trap of providing best services.

I do see lot of people are frustrated and leave hope. I will drag them to the consumer court.

Do not be a next victim. Stay away from these people and leave life peacefully.

I paid online a item last February 2024. Still, i didn't receive my product or didn't get my money back. I talked to the manager, and every time, they said they would work on it.
I'm going to file a complaint about the collection department. I would not let them have my $600.00. Be careful, guys. Never buy from them.
