They need to be really professional. Initially no one picked up a phone for half an hour and when I got a chance to speak with someone to know about one item if they have in stock so I can go and pick up and lady replied that she has to check in back and asked me to call after half an hour.. I called again after half and hour and got the same reply that it need to check and asked me to call after half an hour. I will see what I will get after another half an hour....

I hope they can improve their service.

Here is the story,

Called yesterday and front desk confirm that you can pass by tomorrow from 9:00 to 5:00 pm. I reserved a box in advance. Just passed by today in snow almost 2 hour one way drive. Guess what, they were running out of inventory. Frond desk office mentioned that someone from warehouse called you. I checked my call log may be i was missing something but NO, there is no VOICE message neither call from them.

Also spoke to their Manager, he double checked and mentioned they do not have in STOCK anymore. Got the stuff from walmart st dorothee on the way back home.

Request to Management, Please communicate and reserve the stock once you commit with clients.
