Can't say enough about the top notch service from the crew at Nova. From the initial purchase to parts and service. Everyone there is super pleasant and knowledgeable. We bought a tractor and right from the word go, they have been amazing! Highly recommend Nova if you are looking at Kubota. We had requested quotes from Nova and another dealer in the area. Todd from Nova reached out to find out what we wanted to do with the machine, sent a quote for everything I asked for plus one I hadn't, that he recommended. That ended up being the perfect machine and we pulled the trigger. 2 months later, the other dealer still hasn't followed up after sending the quotes and never asked one question before sending quotes.
You really feel valued and that traditional customer service that is hard to find nowadays. That's exactly what you get at Nova. Amazing customer service.

Had some trouble hooking up mower deck to GR2120 Garden Tractor. Called after hours service on a Sunday and was surprised to get a person and not voicemail. Needless to say I was very pleased and the advice was helpful and resolved my issue with hydraulics
