Was not impressed. Took my saw in for repair they didn't want to even look at it told me I needed a new saw. Replaced a fuel line and it was fixed took it out to cut wood and they had de tuned it so bad it wouldn't rev up. After I tuned it I've cut over 8 cords of wood with it no problem. Tell me I need a new saw! When I do need a new one I will be buying elsewhere.

Most useless parts department ever, people are inept and have no idea how to run a business, over a week to get a simple starter motor from Calgary. Could have put it in the mail and got it in less time and still waiting!

One of the staff asked what I was looking for. Showed a picture of the specs, mentioned the model number, and he knew exactly what I needed. Was in and out in under 5 minutes! Excellent service.
