One rude sales person can ruin your experience! The young counter girl was polite and helpful but the other girl who was helping or teaching her had a rude attitude about the fact that I brought the actual part in to match up, so I didn't waste a 45 minute trip into town,... She didn't like the fact that I asked her to just match the part because I didn't have the part # of the carburetor I needed the diaphragm for. I guess I'll remember to bring the whole carburetor next time😂🤣😂

These guys are good. Nice and friendly people. I bought some chains and benjy cords for my truck. I would say price wise they are pretty decent and customer service is great. Still could use another guy at front counter. Overall great experience visiting this store

Stopped in with a frustrating chain saw. The service list was long but they took it to take a look at anyway. Confirmed my assumption that I don't know much about my chain saw, NO charge it took them a minute! Makes my weekend for me, the horses, and the fence.

This was 2011, things may have changed, but this is my experience.

Basically priority for safety back then was beneath carbon paper. Despite knowing that a forklift was in the area, the pickers were told to ignore the forklift to save them a mere 2 seconds to do something as simple as look both ways. I was a forklift driver and I know pedestrians have the right of way and I need to stop for them, but they just walked put without warning which drastically increased the chances of an accident.

Plus they had washer fluid jugs on the floor, but 60# tire chains on the second tier that you can only reach with a ladder -- also substantially increasing the chances of injuries.

One day I was forced to write a form explaining why I was late, but I was on time. And I wrote in ON TIME.

The warehouse manager gave piss poor instructions saying as an example he wants that truck over there. 3 trucks, 4 spots, which and where? And he got annoyed because I wanted him to clarify obscure instructions.

After I was let go, I found out OHS investigated a high level of injury reports. They also triple billed and -- you're gonna love this -- a client wanted tire chains for November, they said they'll be ready for March or April.

This was 8 years ago, and I heard they were forced to sell. Maybe with new management who actually knows what they're doing, they might be at least respectable. But 8 years ago, they were abysmal.

I showed up a couple minutes late and they didn’t even look at me when I tried opening the door. 5 is a terrible time to close. Most of customers would want you to be open until 6:30 wouldn’t be hard to leave one extra person behind to close up.
