I buy a pair of red wing work boots here about every 12-15 months. I have for the last 7-8 years.They usually are between $250-$300 a pair. I walked into the store today about 5:10 pm. I need boots. I perused the boots, found a pair I liked. Sat down , took off my old boots, waited for a sales person to come and ask me what size I needed. No one came around. At 5:30 pm, I put on my old boots and walked out of the store.Not once was I greeted, acknowledged, served or noticed while I was there. Tomorrow I’m going to Marks Work Warehouse.
