I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014 And paying for natural gas without my name on the bill. Went in to talk to long time employee about my problem and I was treated like I was 2 feet tall and treating my concern as if it was a conspiracy. Finally, I reached a very nice lady over the phone She Understood me and helped switch my name so I can get the bill and I can write it off To my company. Unfortunately, this helpful lady found a job elsewhere

Terrible Service! They require you to do your own meter reading and charge you $40 if you don't. My wife just tried to call ours in and was told sorry we only accept readings up to the 15th of the month. So you have to call your reading in between 8-5 Monday-Friday. This is when most people are working! I asked if they would set up something online like every other company in the world where you pay and enter your meter reading on line and the answer was a blunt NO! Ridiculous, after the 15th they will take all the time in the world to argue with you and tell you how great there system is and how you have no choice but to follow it but they won't write your meter reading down after you have taken the time to call it in.

Very poor service. Rude on the phone and when you go into the office. You can't get past the lady who answers the phone to anyone else to even complain about things are going. Seeing these reviews, it would seem I am not alone. They charge you $40 to read your meter, yet they don't actually come out to read it. The winter just passed and there was no foot prints to my meter, but I was billed for them to come out and look at it. So much for a Co-op.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. The lady you have to call your meter reading into is an absolute SNOT.

They charge you a meter reading fee but yet nobody comes to check your meter.

Never mind the fact that’s it’s 2019 and the fact I have to call in my meter is ridiculous.
