This review is for your Parksville office. I just want to say that the service I received from beginning to end was outstanding. Caitlin made me feel so at ease about getting into my first CPAP machine and showed me the different options available etc etc. Her experience speaks for itself when talking to her about the functionality of the machine and the science behind it. She is so warm and caring. Thank you so much Caitlin for helping me on this new journey. You are wonderful.

This organization provides a much needed sleep and respiratory service to Northern residents and literally helps keep people alive and live longer! Great customer service experience! I would highly recommend purchasing cpap equipment from this North Cair. I had issues with my machine and the staff went above and beyond my regular customer service expectations to help me replace the machine that was under warranty. Thanks so much for the help!
