I have always wanted a pinball cave, and Tommy and Suzanne made a dream come true. I purchased my first pin last Nov(Bond) which Tommy let me take as much time playing in his showroom before I made up my mind. Tommy's input also did not steer me wrong. Tommy's experience is extensive, and his customer service is straight-up top-notch. Suzanne is Tommy's wife, and her customer service and knowledge are always a delight. This past summer, I was invited by Nitro to Tacoma for a pinball expo, which was so much fun! It was amazing to be invited to such a fun event where I played over 100 machines and tested out the top 5 I had narrowed down for my next machine. After that weekend, I made my second purchase(Foo), and Tommy had it set up in my pin cave the following week. Simple truth, when you shop at Nitro Pinball, you walk in as a customer and walk out as a friend!

I bought a NIB Godzilla pinball machine from Nitro recently. I had heard good things about them, and was pleased to find that they were great to deal with. The purchasing process was straightforward and they communicated with me promptly at ever stage. The machine arrived surprisingly quickly and in perfect condition. The delivery man was even kind enough to help me get it down to the basement. Will definitely go with them again the next time I buy a machine.

Tommy is a great owner, was always responsive to my emails. We ordered Scooby Doo from Nitro!

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back to order with Nitro. I'm not sure why they pass the credit card fees on to the customer. Not competitive here. Most dealers were also offering free shipping on Stern machines, even my small local dealer. Easily $800 more ordering with Nitro after shipping and CC fees...

Bought my first ever pinball machine from Nitro Pinball, and the whole experience was excellent!
Tommy was extremely helpful with every step of process. Even checked if I was aware of things such as the shaker motor (which I wasn't and was very happy to find out about).
He and his wife came to install the machine and were fantastic. Tommy was very informative and showed me the ins and outs of the machine so I would know how to access things. Had a great conversation with them during the setup as well!
I will 100% go back to Nitro Pinball in the future for my next purchase (fingers crossed the rumored Stern Godzilla table happens!)
